Qualifications

• Previous dining services or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform dexterous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after service to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests for residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and food prep areas following health and safety guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm, social dining atmosphere and note preferences.
