Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking friendly Dining Servers to deliver outstanding dining experiences to residents. You will take and serve orders, set up and clean dining areas, and assist in meal presentation under kitchen supervision.

Strong communication, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. This role includes weekends/holidays and a focus on resident satisfaction in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure dietary restrictions and special requests are accommodated.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food prep areas.
• Engage with residents to create a warm, social dining atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to improve service quality.
