Brightview Senior Living is seeking enthusiastic Dining Servers to provide exceptional service to our residents in a friendly, team-oriented dining environment.

You will take and deliver orders, set up and clean dining areas, ensure dietary needs are respected, and help create a warm, social atmosphere at mealtimes.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in all dining and food-prep areas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dining services or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests for residents’ health needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food prep areas per health guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere and note feedback.
