Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking friendly Dining Servers to provide exceptional service to residents and guests. You will take and deliver orders, set up dining areas, assist with meal prep under guidance, and ensure dietary needs are met while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dining services or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous dining service to residents and guests by accurately taking and delivering orders.
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meal service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and presentation under kitchen guidance.
• Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests for residents’ health needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food prep areas per health guidelines.
• Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere, noting preferences and feedback.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
