Job summary

Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking Dining Servers who provide excellent customer service and create a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include taking meal orders, serving meals, and assisting with dining requests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or senior living, with great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Full-time team members enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Ensure dining room is set up and all items for service are available.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas.
• Ensure safe food handling at all times.
• Participate in and attend all in-service training as scheduled.
