Job summary

Hireology is seeking dedicated Servers for TheVillage of River Oaks, a senior living community offering independent, assisted living and memory care. You will greet residents, take and deliver orders, keep the dining room pristine, and ensure every guest enjoys a warm, professional dining experience.

We value friendly, energetic team members with a strong customer service mindset. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with part-time and full-time opportunities and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Must obtain accredited food handler certification within 60 days.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to interact well with staff, residents, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the dining room is spotless and beautifully set for all meals and events.
• Greet residents and guests with a smile and seat them comfortably.
• Take food orders, present to kitchen staff, and deliver meals promptly.
• Guarantee the accuracy of orders and check food quality and presentation.
• Respond swiftly to resident and guest requests to ensure top dining experience.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards meticulously.
