Qualifications

• Experience supervising a staff of 15+ employees.
• Demonstrated experience in food preparation and managing the front of house.
• Experience in volume food production within a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the service of the food delivery system in the dining room.
• Supervise dining room servers and activities.
• Address and solve resident complaints with exceptional customer service.
• Inspect dining room for neatness and cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to residents and operations.
