Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within 90 days of employment.
• Experience to include waitress responsibilities or interest in the same.
• Must be knowledgeable of dietary procedures.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies, procedures and dress code.
• Report concerns to the Hostess.
• Orient new employees to the facility and department policies.
• Prepare plates, beverages and desserts according to recipes and service standards.
• Correctly serve residents in the dining room according to therapeutic diets.
