The Princeton Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a dedicated Server to join our dining team. You will greet residents, help with seating, and ensure a welcoming dining experience during scheduled shifts.

Role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a friendly, energetic attitude toward residents. Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy dining area.
• Communicate dietary changes or resident needs to supervisors and Wellness.
