The Princeton Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, seat and assist during meals, and keep the dining room organized for a warm, home-like environment. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attentive service to residents’ needs in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Be a great host who greets residents and makes them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Prepare tables and meals like a Peppy Prepper to ensure smooth service.
• Keep the dining area tidy and bussing tables to maintain a welcoming community.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness about residents’ appetites and changes.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and ensure they feel welcome and connected during meals.
• Assist with seating, serving, and dining room upkeep as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining service and resident safety.
• Monitor residents’ dietary needs and report any changes to supervisors.
