Job summary

The Waters in Excelsior, MN seeks a Dining Room Manager to ensure exceptional dining for residents and guests. You will oversee front‑of‑house staff, work with the Director of Dining Services to determine staffing, and deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, leading and supervising serving staff; coordinating daily operations; maintaining cleanliness; collaborating with kitchen staff; ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staff.
• Participate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services.
• Responsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Work as a team with the kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests.
• Interact with residents and guests on a daily basis; maintain standards of cleanliness and attention to details.
