Job summary

The Waters in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Server to provide upscale, professional dining experiences for residents and guests. The role emphasizes hospitality, timely service, and warm interactions, especially with seniors and their families.

No experience is required, but prior hospitality exposure is a plus. The position includes weekend availability, and benefits such as paid holidays, PTO, medical/dental coverage, a 401k, and access to earnings through OnShift.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents’ family and friends and take time to visit with them.

Responsibilities

• The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to residents and guests.
