Job summary
The Waters in Excelsior, MN, is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead hands-on front-of-house operations for our dining spaces. You will manage servers, guide daily service, and work with the Director of Dining Services to align staffing with resident needs.
Responsibilities include hiring supervision, training, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to thrive.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or the equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years restaurant / senior living or equivalent serving and staff management experience.
- Valid Food Services Sanitation Certificate or ability to pass course once employed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Lead and mentor dining staff; coordinate daily operations with the Director of Dining Services.
- Interact with residents and guests to deliver exceptional service and maintain cleanliness standards.
