Cascade Living is seeking a Dining Services Director for Cascades of Grants Pass. You will lead the dining services team, ensure timely meal preparation, and maintain top-tier service for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

The role requires supervisory experience in high-end settings, nutrition knowledge, and strong communication with residents and families. Weekend and holiday availability is expected; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct supervision in senior living, hotels or country clubs.
• Experience in nutrition, food preparation, safe handling techniques.
• Ability to plan daily menus within budget.

Responsabilités

• Ensure meals are prepared on time and served efficiently.
• Contribute to the residents' quality of life with high quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong time-management skills.
• Oversee a budget and maintain records and reports.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness.
• Participate in monthly events and special occasions.
• Evaluate staff and handle recruiting and training of new employees.
