Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room logistics. You will handle menu orders, beverage service, and post-meal cleanup while upholding confidentiality and resident needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with tray service, maintaining hygiene, and supporting a team in a fast-paced senior living environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Read and follow simple instructions.
• Able to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Stand and walk for sustained periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and carry objects for 20 feet.
• Be organized and work well with others.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Understand sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Assist with tray service and dining room duties.
• Observe confidentiality regarding resident information.
• Interact courteously with residents, guests, and staff.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
