Job summary

Alto Clermont, part of the Senior Living by Allegro family, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and create a welcoming dining experience for residents. This full-time role offers first shift hours, a 6:30am–2:30pm or 11:00am–7:00pm schedule, and a pay rate of $15.00/hour.

Responsibilities include serving meals, assisting with dining room setup and cleanup, supporting kitchen prep, and ensuring dietary needs are honored while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience serving the elderly in assisted living preferred.
• Friendly, patient and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced dining environment.
• No certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents courteously.
• Assist with dining room setup, breakdown and cleaning.
• Support kitchen with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Honor resident dietary preferences at every meal.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
