Allegro Winter Park is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Dietary Aides to join our dining team in a beautiful senior living community. No experience required — we will train you, and shifts run 7:00am–3:00pm or 11:00am–8:00pm with rotating schedules.

You will serve meals with warmth and professionalism, greet residents, keep the dining area clean, and assist with tray delivery. This role emphasizes dependable attendance, friendly service, and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Food serving experience preferred.

Positions Available:

The primary responsibility of theServer is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
