Eden Senior Care, a growing healthcare management company, is seeking a Dietary Manager for Fair Oaks Lodge in Minnesota. You will lead dining services in a skilled nursing community, focusing on quality meals, presentation, and portion control.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, menu planning for holidays, training, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Must be a Certified Dietary Manager with 1–2 years SNF experience and 3–5 years in kitchen or food service management.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager
• 1-2 years SNF kitchen experience
• 3-5 years kitchen or food service management experience
• Associate degree in Culinary Arts or Food Service preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Customer-service driven with a warm, professional demeanor

Responsabilités

• Oversee and/or prepare high-quality meals with attention to presentation and portion control
• Collaborate on menu planning including holidays and special events
• Conduct daily pre-meal briefings with service staff
• Support hiring, training, and mentoring culinary team members
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and address performance concerns in coordination with HR
• Maintain organized, clean, and compliant storage areas; proper labeling and dating
• Monitor kitchen equipment and cleanliness to meet safety standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and budget goals; waste reduction
• Engage with residents to gather feedback and plan themed meals and events
• Participate in Manager on Duty rotation as needed
