Job summary

Eden Senior Care, LLC is seeking a full-time Dietary Manager to lead dining services at Whispering Pines Nursing & Rehab within the Eden Senior Care Network. This role focuses on delivering nutritious, resident-centered meals in a compassionate environment.

You will create menus, supervise kitchen staff, schedule service, manage supply orders, and uphold sanitation standards to ensure top-quality meals for residents. Long-term care experience preferred. Certification or associate degree required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Dietary Manager or have an associates degree in food service or culinary arts.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service oriented with compassion toward residents, families, and staff.

Position: Dietary Manager

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM - 4:30PM

We are seeking a full-time Director of Dining Services to join our team of excellent resident care.

The successful candidate for the role of Director of Dining Services will be a talented and motivated Dietary Manager with compassion, and a desire to provide the best nutritious meals for our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

Are you:

• Customer service orientated
• Certified as a Dietary Manager or possess at least an Associates degree in food service or Culinary Arts
• Experienced in long-term care preferred
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
