Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in healthcare dining is a plus
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety practices

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary guidelines
• Follow physician-ordered diets and nutritional requirements
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with meal service for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings
• Collaborate with dietary staff, nursing teams, and leadership
