Lorien Mays Chapel in Timonium, MD is seeking Dietary Aides to support our skilled nursing facility and keep residents well-fed. You’ll assist with meals and serve residents with care and respect.

This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, including PTO, holidays, medical package, tuition assistance, and more. Shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, every other weekend.

Applicants must be at least 17, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities.
• High School diploma or GED, a plus
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Integrity and a strong work ethic
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to help where and when it is needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals according to established standards and guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and team members
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
• Collaborate with dietary staff to provide nutritious, appealing meals that meet residents’ dietary needs
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and infection control regulations
