Camelot Nursing & Rehab in Farmington, MO seeks a Dietary Cook to join our compassionate team. You will prepare meals meeting resident diets, review menus, and ensure food safety in a busy skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general equivalency is preferred.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Company operates 24 hours a day, schedules and hours may vary.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.

Responsibilities

• Review planned menus to determine types and quantities of meats, vegetables, and soups to be prepared.
• Submit weekly food orders to Dietary Supervisor.
• Assist in establishment and maintenance of perpetual supplies inventory; notify shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise dietary workers during washing, trimming, or preparing food.
• Assist in training, orientation, and supervision of newly hired dietary staff.
• Maintain sanitation and infection prevention practices in the kitchen.
