Camelot Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Farmington, MO is hiring a Dietary Cook to prepare meals for residents in a compassionate, safety-focused kitchen. You will follow planned menus, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Dietary Supervisor to meet resident dietary needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general equivalency is preferred.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Company operates 24 hours a day; schedules and hours may vary.

Responsabilités

• Review planned menus and determine types and quantities of meats, vegetables, and soups.
• Submit weekly food orders to Dietary Supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and notify shortages or discrepancies.
• Consult with Dietary Supervisor on leftovers, storage, and labeling.
• Supervise dietary workers during food preparation and washing.
• Train and orient new dietary staff.
