Job summary

Eagle Point Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking Dietary Aide/Servers to join the team in Appleton, WI. The role supports food preparation, serving, and kitchen tasks to ensure resident well-being across assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings.

Shifts include full-time AMs or part-time PMs with rotating weekends/holidays, and there is a wage range of $15.45–$18.80 per hour with same-day pay option. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Compassionate patient care and ability to interact professionally with residents and families.
• Strong computer skills for resident records and communications.
• Experience preferred in senior living settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables, serve and bus trays, and assist in food preparation and covering.
• Transport carts and deliver trays to dining areas as needed.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain steady work pace to ensure adequate supply of clean utensils and dishes.
• Wash soiled dishes, soak, scrub and rinse as required.
