The Bluefields is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and provide nutritious meals to residents. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area in a compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Meal Assistance: help prepare, portion, and serve meals to residents according to dietary plans and special requests.
• Sanitation & cleanliness: assist in maintaining kitchen and dining area cleanliness; wash dishes and equipment.
• Resident Support: assist in meal setup, serving, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Food Safety: follow protocols for safe storage, handling, and sanitation.
• Inventory Support: assist in receiving and storing food, check inventory, notify shortages.
• Team Collaboration: work with dietary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Resident Engagement: fulfill special dietary requests and respect resident preferences.
