Aramark SeniorLIFE+ is hiring a Dietary Aide to support the culinary team in a senior living community. You will help with meal service, maintain a clean dining area, and ensure food safety standards are met to enhance residents' dining experiences.

You will work in a compassionate, fast-paced environment serving seniors, with opportunities for training and growth within a nationwide provider.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of service experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques, portion control, and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• State-specific Food Handler Permit required (or willing to obtain upon hire).

Responsabilidades

• Meal Service & Presentation: assist in meal service and ensure attractive plating for residents.
• Sanitation & Compliance: maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.
• Resident Engagement & Support: provide courteous service and accommodate dietary needs.
• Operational Support: set up/break down dining areas and assist with dishwashing.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure high-quality dining experience.
