Americare Senior Living is seeking a dependable Dietary Services Aide to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in our skilled nursing community. This role helps ensure residents, families, visitors, and staff receive accurate, timely meals while maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and professionalism.
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation for residents, visitors, and staff, including special events and activities.
• Attend and serve food during in-service or staff meetings as requested.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Set and clear tables before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Adhere to Americare’s Mission, Vision, Hometown Hospitality™, and F.A.M.I.L.Y. values.
• Support the dietary team with additional duties as assigned.
