Job summary

Foundry Commercial seeks a Senior Development Manager to join the Development and Investment team with a focus on Senior Living assets and ownership representative services. The role requires collaboration with the Development and Investment team and other groups to evaluate, pitch, and generate proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7–10 years of related senior living development experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex business and construction documents.
• Strong written communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to deliver persuasive presentations to executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of project development from pre-development through occupancy and budget control.
• Liaises with consultants, brokers, vendors, and design professionals to meet project goals.
• Interfaces with operations teams to define project requirements and work plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Develops persuasive presentations to meet project objectives for clients and senior management.
• Monitors expenses and ensures adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
• Leads project team and coordinates internal and external resources.
