Job summary

Eppstein Uhen Architects seeks a senior architect to lead design and planning for senior living projects, from master planning to new construction and renovation.

You will collaborate with clients and project teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to market thought leadership, reporting to the Living Environments Studio Director. Office presence is required in Milwaukee, Madison or Green Bay.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 10+ years of senior living planning, architectural design and unit design experience.
• Versatility beyond planning; ability to lead design, implementation or project management.
• Strong narrative and presentation skills to guide design with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Role reports to Living Environments Studio Director; office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning efforts for senior living projects.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop meaningful environments.
• Mentor staff and contribute to market-based thought leadership and client retention.
