Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 10+ years of relevant work experience in senior living planning, architectural design and unit design.
• Versatility beyond planning: design, implementation or project management.
• Strong narrative skills to guide design and planning with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of senior living operations and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and planning efforts for senior living projects of varying scope and complexity.
• Act as a client liaison and guide projects through the design process.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to craft meaningful living environments for aging.
• Provide leadership and mentorship across project teams and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to market-based thought leadership and client retention.
