Job summary

EUA is seeking a Senior Project Manager who is a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience. The role focuses on managing complex architectural/interior projects and client accounts, with oversight of budgets, scheduling, design, and cost control.

Reporting to the Studio Director or Practice Leader, you will mentor project teams, maintain client communication, negotiate contracts and consultant fees, and ensure project documentation meets code requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Experience managing complex architectural/interior projects.
• Strong technical, business and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client contact, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and cost control.
• Guide project teams through the full project process.
• Review progress, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Attend construction and client meetings and manage risk.
