Maple Knoll Village, a BHI Senior Living Community in Cincinnati, seeks a Custodial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment that supports residents’ health and comfort. You will thoroughly clean spaces, common areas, and facilities, following infection control procedures and cleaning schedules.

We offer competitive wages, health benefits, PTO, and a 401K with matching. The day shift is 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Formación

• Two years of prior professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to learn on-the-job.
• Team player with a passion to serve the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Thoroughly cleans resident spaces, bathing area, lounges, offices, hallways, dining area, recreational areas, public bathrooms, and other rooms as assigned.
• Mops floors, vacuums, spot cleans carpeted areas and empties trash.
• Dusts and/or washes furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Washes windows and sills.
• Cleans and sanitizes lavatories and toilets bowls inside and out.
• Performs written cleaning procedures and follows written cleaning schedules for common areas, outside areas and resident units.
• Keeps all equipment and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Transports linens and other supplies and equipment.
• Follows all written infection control procedures established by the community.
• Performs light maintenance responsibilities, as needed.
• Fulltime Day shift 7:30a- 3:30p, every other weekend and some holidays
