Job summary

Azria Health in Olathe, KS is seeking a Director of Culinary Services to lead the Culinary Service Department and dining room for a skilled rehab and nursing community. You will ensure high-quality meals, oversee service delivery, manage department expenses, and ensure compliance with special diets.

You will schedule and supervise Dietary staff, uphold food safety, and cultivate a caring culture for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Dietary Manager Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of experience in food service and managing staff.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must meet TB, background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the Culinary Service Department and dining room.
• Ensure quality of meals and service delivery, manage expenses and comply with special diets.
• Schedule and supervise dietary staff to maintain safe, efficient operations.
