Experience in senior living is preferred; this role emphasizes food safety, portion control, presentation, and strong teamwork with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food products.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving per menu cycle and recipes.
• Taste and assess food quality and palatability.
