Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, or healthcare environment.

• ServeSafe Certification is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of safe food handling, sanitation codes, and temperature logs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, vegetables, soups, and desserts per facility recipes and production sheets.
• Follow individualized resident care plans for special and therapeutic diets.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and served at correct portions.
• Operate, clean, and maintain the commercial dishwashing machine and sanitation routines.
• Maintain daily hygiene, inventory, and compliance with safety protocols.
