• Garnishes plates to enhance the dining experience.
• Prepares food based on standardized recipes.
• Makes only authorized substitutions.
• Seasons food appropriately.
• Serves food based on established portion controls.
• Assists with special meals and events.
• Estimates portions and utilizes leftovers to reduce costs.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains cooler and freezer with proper dating and labeling.
• Assists with daily kitchen duties and cleaning duties.
• Completes daily cleaning assignments.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Follows handwashing procedures for food safety.
• Assists with supervisory duties in absence of Dining Services Director.
