Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents following standardized recipes and menus. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support dishwashing and dining service as needed.

You will record production quantities and temperatures, follow dietary modifications, stock and store food per safety regulations, and lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
