Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in our Arlington community. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and accommodate dietary modifications while keeping a clean, safe kitchen.

You will record temperatures, rotate stock, and assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed. Leadership in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator may be required to maintain smooth operation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
