Fellowship Square is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team, preparing nutritious meals for residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care facilities. You will ensure dietary requirements are met, while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards and quality presentation.

Qualifications

• At least two years of institutional cooking experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Must hold a current Arizona Food Handlers Sanitation card.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary needs.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper storage.
• Assist in menu planning considering residents' preferences and allergies.
• Ensure timely meal service with high presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Collaborate with dietary, dining staff and management for smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations.
