Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus, ensuring nutrition and dietary requirements are met.

• Collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; assist in training new staff.
• Assist with inventory management and report shortages or needs.
• Respond to special dietary requests and accommodate resident preferences.
