• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Meal Service: Serve meals timely with high quality and presentation.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; train new staff as needed.
• Inventory Control: Help track supplies and report shortages.
• Resident Engagement: Accommodate dietary requests and preferences.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation practices.
