• Team Collaboration: Work with Dietary Manager and kitchen staff; assist training new staff.
• Inventory Control: Help track food supplies and report shortages.
• Resident Engagement: Respond to dietary requests and accommodate preferences, ensuring satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
