Job summary

Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a team player to help manage the Food Services Department under the Food Services Director. You will oversee meal preparation, ordering, and overall cleanliness to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and maintaining nutrition-focused service for residents, while upholding safety standards and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Culinary arts training or equivalent experience preferred.
• Relate positively to residents and families, and work cooperatively with others.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, officials, referral sources and the public.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Meet all state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Help Food Services Director schedule staff and orient new staff.
• Ensure food is prepared nutritiously and presented attractively; provide snacks for dietary needs.
• Ensure utensils, dishes, equipment are clean and stored properly.
• Attend required in-service training and enforce infection control protocols.
