Oaks Senior Living in Woodstock, GA is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare, serve, and handle meals for residents in accordance with federal and state regulations and the facility's dietary program.

You will help deliver timely, nutritious meals, assist residents during dining, maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, and support special events while following infection-control policies.

Applicants must be 18+, pass a background check, drug screen, and a medical exam; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking for large groups.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to work with older adults.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory criminal history check.
• Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician.
• Must have a negative drug screen.
• Must be able to react in an emergency situation.

Responsabilités

• Cook and serve food in accordance with nutritional guidelines and local regulations.
• Ensure meals are delivered on time and plated attractively.
• Prepare meals for special diets as directed.
• Present food appetizingly and maintain appealing dining areas.
• Assist residents with dining and use adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean, sanitized kitchen and dining spaces.
• Assist in special event food service.
• Notify supervisor of equipment malfunctions.
• Wash dishes and follow the cleaning schedule.
