Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking a dedicated culinary professional to join our Senior Living dining team. You will assist the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director in meal prep and deliver outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and guests.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, coordinating dining team communications, supporting special events with the Sales/Marketing team, keeping records, and upholding safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Assist in coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Work with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in planning and implementing special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
