Provincial Senior Living is seeking a friendly Cook to join our dining team at our Lincoln, NE community. In this role you will prepare hot and cold menu items, manage portions, and ensure food is served per recipes and cycles.

Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven organization. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and flexible scheduling, with a focus on quality meals and resident satisfaction.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.

Mansioni

• Prepare hot and cold menu items which requires working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and on the service line.
• Ensure the proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and the standardized recipes.
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
