Eagle Senior Living seeks a Cook to prepare quality meals for residents, following approved menus and safety standards. The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and supports menu planning, food prep, and dietary needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitation, quality control, and assisting with kitchen operations. The position may require weekend shifts and flexibility in duties across the dining team.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in restaurant or food service.
• Knowledge of high-end institutional food service, including planning, preparation, cooking, storage, dietetics, and sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning menus and preparing food following standardized recipes and food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality food production, nutrition, and portion control.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety in food preparation areas.
• Assist in cleaning cooking areas and kitchen equipment.
• Consult with the Supervisor on menu planning, food preparation, and therapeutic diets.
• Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
