Job summary

Trillium Woods is seeking a hospitality-focused Cook to join our Community Culinary Services team in Plymouth, MN. This full-time position covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, with a roughly 6:30am–2:00pm and 10:30am–6:30pm rotation, including every other weekend.

You will produce and plate meals, ensure nutrition standards, and maintain high cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a SERV Safe certificate within 60 days, and at least three years of restaurant or

• High school diploma required.
• SERV Safe certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum of three years restaurant/senior living or equivalent cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify cleanliness, sanitation and organizational standards at all times.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve menu cycle programs meeting dietary/nutritional criteria as required by local regulations.
• Demonstrate speed, accuracy and efficiency in cooking.
• Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to assess food service quality and adjust operations accordingly.
• Represent the community with a warm, inviting demeanor to support marketing goals.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff
