Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line, ensuring proper preparation, portioning and serving per recipes and menu cycles while tasting to confirm quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cook responsibilities include preparing hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods per menu cycle and standardized recipes.
• Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability.
