Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Eugene, OR is seeking talented culinary professionals to provide 5-star service in a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living and memory care. We value quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction; you will follow prep guides, maintain sanitation, and work as part of a team to deliver meals with care.

This Full-Time & Part-Time role starts at $17.25 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off,

Qualifications

• Experience with line cooking, with emphasis in fine dining.
• Passion for quality service.
• Team player.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to prep guides and recipes
• Assures that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation and punctually
• Prepares meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures
• Prepares meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines
• Resolves resident food and/or food service complaints graciously and promptly
• Assures food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines
• Assures kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor
• Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule
